This is the nice Mormon dad of colognes. Well-groomed, friendly, dependable, unoffensive, wholesome, professional, if a little generic and boring. The only surprise here is that I don't hate the star anise in this - extremely well blended.
Projection and sillage are poor Opening is refreshing and spicy Undetectable after an hour With respect to its price, not worth it IMO -Update: After a few weeks of use, i can confirm that perfume is extremely weak. It disappears from clothes and skin in an hour max. How is this even labeled as en EdP ???
I received a sample of this when I purchased a different fragrance at Neiman Marcus, and it only took about three sprays before I ordered my bottle online. This was actually a "Wow!" experience for me. The top notes hit you fresh and clean, and then the finish comes around with that confidant, masculine vibe that I miss from so many of the 80s/90s powerhouses. This is one of the best scents I've purchased this year. Absolutely love it.
Byredo has done it again. Sunday Cologne is in my top 3 of all time; and I loved it enough to sign up for this website to tell you all about it. So much depth and intricacy; but very simple idea. I love a themed fragrance; and the user who talked about a fresh haircut and feeling good about oneself nailed it. As did Byredo with such an apt name. You get what you pay for; and this fragrance is worth every penny. Trust. Me. On. This.
A very unisex fresh citrus scent. Longevity rather weak, approximately 1 hour with ok projection, 2-3 hours close to skin. Scent is nice though, imo very natural. 7.5/10, though it feels like it might grow on me
