Reviews

Usually, I'm not a fan of perfumes with rhubarb notes, and unfortunately, this one didn't win me over. Initially, there was a hint of zest and freshness that had me hopeful, but it quickly dissipated, giving way to a cloying berry sweetness that doesn't resonate with me.

For me, it was instant infatuation with the very first whiff; this perfume is my ideal summer scent. It exudes a refreshing and invigorating aroma. The longevity of its fragrance is approximately two hours. 😊

The fragrance boasts an captivating aroma, with the initial notes of sweet and tart rhubarb that never become overpowering or jarring, much like the sensation of snapping a fresh rhubarb stem. The scent then evolves to incorporate subtle hints of grapefruit, before settling into a rich, velvety musk reminiscent of soap. While it may not linger on the skin for an extended period, its loveliness is well worth the temporary nature of its presence.

I'm looking to exchange one of my perfume bottles for another scent. Would you like to discuss a swap? 📨

The initial tartness of the rhubarb is striking, but soon gives way to a familiar sugary sweetness reminiscent of generic berry fragrances. Unimpressed, I had hoped for a more pronounced acidity from the rhubarb, instead finding it overpowered by an abundance of sweetness, much like a pie filled with sugar and lacking in depth.
